Palmetto at Grande Bay is a luxury condo located in the heart of St. John at Cruz Bay. Built in 2008, now with new owners, new updates! Just steps from the passenger ferry, great restaurants, shops and entertainment on St. John. Walk or hike to many of St. John's 37 best beaches. Go snorkeling or diving from any of the nearby dive shops, or charter a boat to visit any of the innumerable reefs, islands, cays, or beaches around the US and British Virgin Islands.
Palmetto at Grande Bay is fully air conditioned with three bedrooms and two full baths. Accommodations include two King beds, two twins convertible to a King, & a Queen sleeper sofa for a maximum occupancy of 8 adults.
The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, and a wrap around bar ledge. Four counter stools and a 6-8 person glass dining table.

On arrival, you will be welcomed at the ferry dock by our greeter who will take you to the resort, show you the facilities, and get you situated in your condo. Inquire about additional concierge, pre-stocking of food, and other services that are available for an additional charge.
Get ready to look out across the turquoise water, immerse yourself in the dazzling sunshine. During the day, sunbathe on the pool deck just steps from your door, cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool, relax at any of the many beaches, or go hiking or exploring into the unspoiled National Park that covers 2/3 of the island. At nighttime, walk to any of the many bars and restaurants, shop for island jewelry, or seek a little more action in the nearby casino. Then, just a short evening stroll back to Palmetto at Grande Bay!

*Please note - Due to limited time between turnovers we cannot guarantee late checkouts as our housekeeper need all the time possible to prepare for our next guest. Thank you for your understanding.
DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS:
To make a reservation, we require 50% down at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If the stay is 4 nights or less than the full balance is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should cancellation of this Lease by the Tenant occur at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the period of occupancy, all deposits less 20% of the total rental amount shall be returned provided the premise is re-rented. If the premise is not re-rented for the reserved time no money will be returned. If this Lease is cancelled by the Tenant fewer than 60 days prior to the commencement of the period of occupancy, then all monies/ full payment less 20% of the total rental amount shall be returned, provided the premises are re-rented for the reserved time. If the premise is not re-rented for the reserved time no money will be returned.
