This beautifully appointed studio lockout suite is located in the back building of Grande Bay on the second floor and is complete with a King size bed and Queen sofa bed.

In the sitting area is cable TV/DVD and Ipod Player.

There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric griddle.

The balcony has amazing sweeping views of the Caribbean, patio dining for 2 and an electric grill.

There is also a ensuite washer and dryer and safe.

This unit is located just a short flat 5 minute walk to town and all of its shopping and restaurants.

*Please note - Due to limited time between turnovers we cannot guarantee late checkouts as our housekeeper need all the time possible to prepare for our next guest. Thank you for your understanding.

DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS:
To make a reservation, we require 50% down at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If the stay is 4 nights or less than the full balance is due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should cancellation of this Lease by the Tenant occur at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the period of occupancy, all deposits less 20% of the total rental amount shall be returned provided the premise is re-rented. If the premise is not re-rented for the reserved time no money will be returned. If this Lease is cancelled by the Tenant fewer than 60 days prior to the commencement of the period of occupancy, then all monies/ full payment less 20% of the total rental amount shall be returned, provided the premises are re-rented for the reserved time. If the premise is not re-rented for the reserved time no money will be returned.

We really felt right at home and very comfortable. The location is perfect for sure. You sid on the phone that if we came here and visited instead of going to Hawaii we would not be disappointed... You were correct!! We are already looking forward to a return trip! Thanks for the tips and info you sent to us! Leaving with a happy heart! Loved the book: St John's beach guide - very helpful!

Thanks Tom for making this trip very easy to book. The place is great. Loved having the kitchen. Also loved being able to walk into town at night.
