Rachelle has been in the vacation rental industry for about 20 years and in customer service for about 32 years. She has lived on St John for 30 years and has owned multiple on island businesses from watersports stores, souvenir shops, marketing company, including St John Villa Company, LLC. She is also a licensed real estate agent with a focus on helping clients purchase profitable vacation rentals.
She strives to make sure her guests have an amazing vacation and works closely with her staff to be sure all operations run smoothly.
